Beyond Bill S-3 and Indigenous Citizenship presentation

Rachelle Trenholm, RLR articling student and member of the Homalco First Nation, recently gave a presentation titled “Beyond Bill S-3 and Indigenous Citizenship.” She made the presentation in Nanaimo at a conference hosted by the Government of Canada on “Collaborative Process on Indian Registration, Band Membership and First Nation Citizenship,” at the invitation of the Indigenous Bar Association.
